Nisser
While surfing the internet this weekend, I came across a pattern for a nisse. The base for the nisse is a wine bottle cork for which you knit a hat and a 'sweater'. Very easy and very cute, I think!

I want to make a whole bunch of these for Christmas decorations. I found the pattern on Manne's site. It is in Norwegian, but I don't think it is difficult to understand. Check out the rest of her site while you're there, she makes nice things.

Well, talking about christmas... You know how we allways spend christmas together, at home with our family...? And come to think of it, we tend to exchange gifts.... Nothing too fancy, just some nice, personal, preferrably hand made gifts.. And remember how your little sister always really appreciates those gifts, how her face lights up when she opens them. Wouldn't you just love to see that happen again this year?

How nice the Nisser looks. Can you tell me how to make them, I cannot read Norwegian. I have asked Manne to help me translate but she did not write back.
