Merry Christmas everyone!

Kerst.jpg

By the way, there is an interview with me in the january/febuari edition of Landleven, which could be translated as 'Country Life'. Very strange to read about yourself like that!

Merry Christmas also for you, Saartje. Unfortunate, I can not buy the magazine "Landleven" in Germany. I would gladly have read the interview with you. The small knitted Rudolph is completely sweet. Merry Christmasgreetings of Maartje

Grappig rendiertje!!

GOD JUL ønskes fra Norge :)

Merry christmas to you too! I would have loved to read the interview - but I guess my dutch is not good enough for that! ;) I wish you happy holidays and yet another god jul from Norway!

I see familiar knitted items on the Landleven site - those must be your mittens and the Nordic Sweetheart Hat. And is that you in the picture that shows up when you scroll across the main picture, wearing your Noro hat and holding a pile of knitted goodies?

Hey, that's great! You on the homepage of the Landleven site. I'm gonna read the interview, that's for sure. Thanks for inviting me to show my knitting bag. But I don't have one .... :-( Well, I'll think of something. Merry X-mas to you too!

I ran to the shop the day the mag was released, and.. Saartje even featured the front cover! Inside I found an extended article of the knittingworks of my cousin, including some nice photography and several refers to saartjeknits.nl! Very cool!

Wow, how cool! Is the article online? I'll try reading it or have DH translate it for me :-)

Dear Saartje
I knitted your Noro hat yesterday and it worked out really well! I used Noro Silver Thaw - it's a bit softer than Kureyon. Thanks for the pattern.

Hi,
Saw your interview (+ nice pictures!) in the Landleven today (I was in the Albert Heijn doing the groceries, and took a break to read it). Very good for the promotion about knitting!! I hope lots of other young people will take the needles. My sister and me (29 and 32) are the only "young" people I know, who knit.
And your stuff (vooral de mittens) are so nice and beautifull!
Bye, Ajoursteek
