Het is nu nog een beetje te warm om hem te dragen, maar om hem te maken is het prima weer voor. Welke serie van Noro ga je gebruiken?

Looks like a Noro hat. Does it smell like a Noro hat? Love that Noro hat:)

Hey Saartje, nice to see something from you! Even if it’s only a test… But a test promises some more posts about your great knitting. Missing you really!

Just wanted to tell you how much people here in the U.S. love your Noro hat! I made one for my husband, and once folks saw it, they ALL started asking for one. Unfortunately for my poor husband, not before they snatched his hat to try it on their heads first!! I've since made 2 more as gifts in different Noro colors for my grandma and a friend. My husband has decided to stop showing off his hat to all his friends who can't knit for themselves to protect me from all of the requests! ;-) Good job on an adorable pattern and the awesome yarn you chose for it!!!

I was just introduced to your lovely web site while visiting in the Vancouver area at what else... a knit shop where I saw your dear bootees knitted and on display. I inquired and they directed me to your site. After spending two hours looking at archived issues, I saw the adorable green ladybug bootees from Marie-Claire Idees that you knitted. I went to look for the pattern to order, but alas.... I don't speak French so could not make heads or tails of how to order the back issue. If you, or anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. I live in Florida and absolutely love to knit. These bootees and those that you shared with us are perfect for our weather. I am looking forward to our monthly "chat".

Hi - I tried the Noro hat a few years ago, and I used a 4.5 cm needle which created a VERY large hat! I have to laugh as I think it could almost be a tea cozy, but when I wear it I roll it up. I get compliments on it, and intend to make another one this year using smaller needles-still with Noro 92 which is one of my favorite colors. Any thoughts on the needle size or gauge so it turns out smaller? I am from the US, and am enjoying the pictures on your site. Thanks.

Hi Saartje,

thank you so much for posting the pattern! I just finished my first Noro hat (Kureyon, 138) and it looks soooo cool! Mine is a bit large and pointy as well, but I am sure it will put a smile on people's faces. Dank je wel! :o)
