Summer knitting
I've been knitting socks lately, sitting on my sunny balcony. This yarn I got last May at an annual wool/craft market close to Groningen. I love the color transitions, not too stripey (although nearly) but still interesting. I don't remember the vendor, but the yarn is made by

Welcome back! I was wondering if everything was okay with you, and considering asking on Ravelry, except it might have been weird, given that you wouldn't know me from a bar of soap!

Welcome welcome back. I have missed your blog. You are indeed inspirational. Your daughter is beautiful and so grown up. Happy to hear your hiatus was just from the blog...not from knitting.
Glad to hear someone has sun...It has rained for months and months in Maine.

Hi Saartje,
Have you considered modifying your fantastic booties pattern for adults? I think they would make great slippers!
Can't you imagine having several pairs available for house guests to wear when visiting in the winter?
